Structure
- Precise definition of objectives with the coachee and his/her managers/HR
- Coaching
- Regular checking of objectives
- Report with contents agreed on by thecoachee
- Final interview with the parties involved.
Note: for managers, coaching can be followed at a later date by a feedback 360° and/or by team building for the team or the organization for which they are responsible.
This allows optimal coaching and team building experience.
