Development Center

The Development Center is another form of Group assessment. Participants already work in the company. The central aim of the Development Center is the development of candidates.

Objectives

  • To attain the best match possible between the staff’s potential and the demands of the business

  • To develop through challenges, observation and support
  • To nurture a constructive environment which encourages learning.

Steps involved in a Development Center

  • Definition of the variables specific to a managerial position in your business
  • Individual evaluation of candidates Psycho-professional testing, Bilan 360° with individual feedback
  • Group observation: exposure to challenging situations related or unrelated to  candidates’ professional reality
  • Intensive feedback between candidates and observers
  • Definition of individual objectives with the candidates, their managers and/or the client.
