Recognizing your potential/designing your career plan
Over two days, participants take part in various management scenarios, individually or in groups. They are accompanied and observed by two external assessors. Mutual feedback gives each participant an overview of his/her own style of behavior and that of the other participants. Before the third day, participants meet the assessors for individual feedback. During the third day, participants think about their values, interests, motivation and future plans in order to produce a development or personal career plan.
