- Health management as an intrinsic element of the business’s way of operating (managerial commitment, integration in structures and processes)
- Work structures and tasks which favor personal development and health
- Social responsibility
- Designing and implementing health management (measuring the current situation, outlining targeted solutions, implementation and evaluation)
- Measuring the impact through BGM indices (absences, staff movement fluctuation, factors affecting health).

- Management defines the objectives of the health circles from their point of view
- Setting up the project structure, defining responsibilities
- Clarifying the initial situation, identifying conceptual gaps
- Analyzing workloads and resources in daily professional life
